Purity Air Services is the residential division of Bradenton Building Services, which has been servicing HVAC systems across Sarasota and Manatee County for over twenty years. The commercial side of that business maintains office buildings, medical facilities, and industrial spaces throughout Southwest Florida.
We launched Purity Air because homes are not small commercial buildings. A homeowner whose AC quit on a Saturday in August needs something different from a facilities manager with a maintenance contract: a straight answer, a price before the work starts, and someone who shows up. Splitting the residential work into its own brand let us build a team, a schedule, and a truck stock around exactly that.
What carries over from the commercial side is the technical depth. Two decades of diagnosing rooftop units, chillers, and complex air handling systems means the residential problems that stump other companies -- the humidity that will not drop, the room that never cools, the system that keeps freezing up -- are usually familiar to us.
We are licensed (CAC1823021), insured, family owned, and veteran operated. We serve Sarasota County and Manatee County, and we are not interested in growing past the point where we can still get to you the same day.

Honest repair-versus-replace advice
When a repair does not make financial sense we say so, and when it does we will not push you toward a new system. You get both numbers and you decide.

To keep Florida homes genuinely comfortable -- the right temperature and the right humidity -- with equipment that is properly sized, correctly installed, and honestly maintained. We measure success by how few emergency calls our maintenance customers need, not by how many systems we sell.
