ClimateGuard Club Maintenance Plans
An air conditioner in Sarasota or Manatee County runs close to 3,000 hours a year -- roughly triple what the same unit would see in the Midwest. That workload is why Florida systems fail early and why the failures cluster in July and August, when everyone else needs a technician too. Two tune-ups a year catches the worn capacitor, the algae-clogged drain line, and the dirty coil before they become an emergency call on the hottest weekend of the year.

What we handle
Lower energy bills
A dirty condenser coil can add 20 to 30 percent to what your system draws. Cleaning it, checking refrigerant charge, and verifying airflow keeps the equipment operating near its rated efficiency instead of quietly getting more expensive every year.
Fewer emergency repairs
Most of the failures we get called out for in August were visible in April -- a bulging capacitor, a pitted contactor, a drain line starting to restrict. Finding them on a scheduled visit costs a fraction of finding them at 9pm on a Saturday.
Extended system life
Manufacturers size their warranties around the assumption of annual professional maintenance, and most will deny a compressor claim if you cannot document it. Members get a service record we maintain for them.
Priority scheduling
During a heat wave the schedule fills by mid-morning. Members are dispatched ahead of non-members, which is worth more than the membership costs the first time you need it in August.
Repair discounts
Every tier includes a standing discount on parts and labor for any repair outside the scheduled visits, so the membership keeps paying for itself when something does go wrong.
No expiration hassles
Auto-renewal is available and visits do not expire at the end of a calendar year. If you miss a window, we schedule it -- you do not lose it.

Answers
Maintenance Plans questions
How often should a Florida AC be serviced?
Twice a year. That is a genuine difference from northern climates, where annual service is adequate. Our systems run nearly year-round and handle far more humidity, so the coil, drain line, and blower need attention every six months.
What is the difference between the three plans?
SHIELD covers the essentials: two visits, a full inspection, and 10% off parts and labor. GUARDIAN adds deep-cleaning work -- coil sanitization, drain pan algicide, blower and air handler cleaning, and thermostat calibration. LEGION is the full-coverage tier, adding a 32-point inspection, annual coil cleaning, duct and airflow evaluation, a free annual filter supply, whole-home duct sanitation, and a $100/year credit toward a new system.
Can I cover more than one system?
Yes. Each plan lists a discounted rate for additional systems on the same property, so multi-zone and multi-unit homes are covered without paying full price twice.
Does the new system credit really accumulate?
On the LEGION plan, yes -- $100 per year, accumulating up to $1,000 over ten years, applied toward a replacement system when you need one.
What if I need a repair between scheduled visits?
Call us. You get priority dispatch and your plan discount on the repair. That is the main reason to be a member.
Am I locked into a contract?
Plans bill monthly and auto-renew for convenience, not to trap you. Contact us if you want to change tiers or cancel.
AC trouble? We can usually be there today.
Book online in under a minute, or call and talk to a real person. Upfront pricing on every job, and no overtime charges nights or weekends.
